The interface includes dynamic charts and a powerful multi-criteria search engine. You can instantly filter by:
- Functional Impact: Nonsense variants, frameshifts, moderate or low impact.
- Clinical Panels: Isolation of variants associated with specific syndromes.
- ClinVar Annotation: Filtering by confirmed pathogenicity, likely pathogenic, VUS (Variant of Uncertain Significance), or benign variants.
- Allele Frequency (AF): Search for rare population variants.
