We are a Contract Research Organization (CRO) specialized in bioinformatics. We don't provide a service — we conduct your research. Every project is a scientific investigation that belongs to you, executed with full rigor, personalized methodology, and deep biological interpretation.
Intusomics Analytics was built to address a recurring issue in omics projects: data generation at scale is often paired with analysis that prioritizes speed and standardization over study-specific biology. One-size-fits-all settings can miss subtle signals — especially when a project requires batch-effect correction, clinical-study-aware endpoints, or updated methods tailored to its design.
As a CRO, we don't process your data — we investigate it. Each engagement is a contracted research project with a defined scientific question, a custom methodology, and a commitment to genuine discovery. We design the full analytical strategy around your experimental setup, sample type, and biological question. We deliver results you can publish, patent, and act on.
We prioritize real biological insight over computational throughput. Every result is scrutinized for biological plausibility, not just statistical thresholds.
We work alongside your team as a contracted research partner, not a service provider. You sponsor the research; we execute it with full scientific rigor from study design through final deliverables.
We develop and deploy our own Deep Learning algorithms and proprietary methodologies, consistently exceeding what off-the-shelf tools can achieve.
Daniel Arenas González is the Founder and Scientific Director of Intusomics Analytics. He trained at the Universidad de Alcalá, where he built a broad foundation across the key areas of human health sciences. He then went on to develop a research career in Regenerative Medicine at the Instituto de Investigación Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre (imas12), contributing to the development of mesenchymal stem cell therapies for multiple sclerosis and urinary incontinence under GMP conditions.
His profile combines wet-lab expertise with advanced computational analysis — designing and implementing omics data pipelines including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, metagenomics and differential expression, working on high-performance computing clusters using R, Python, Nextflow and containerized environments. He previously collaborated as a bioinformatician with the Molecular Immunonutrition group at IMDEA Alimentación through a VIU–IMDEA research collaboration, applying transcriptomic analysis to precision nutrition intervention studies.
We begin every project with a deep consultation to understand your biology, your data, and your goals. No assumptions, no templates.
Every analytical decision is documented and justified. We provide full, publication-ready methods sections so your work is reproducible and defensible.
Your data, findings, and intellectual property are protected throughout the entire collaboration — before, during, and after delivery.
We don't stop at the analysis. We support you in publishing, patenting, and translating your findings into tangible scientific and commercial value.
Our Scientific Advisory Board brings together leading researchers across genomics, computational biology, clinical research, and translational medicine, ensuring that our methodologies remain at the cutting edge of the field.
